“an” idiot cmon man.
Worked for a plant one time, the first week I was there they had a Friday luncheon. Met the lab tech, he showed up with Tupperware. He loaded up on brisket and a few other choice items before filling a plate. Over the years, he would put in requests and sometimes complain when there was not enough to take his bonus amount home.
We had a neighborhood street party Sunday. Wife and neighbor organized it so of course she volunteered me to cook. I cooked fifty burgers and probably 10 packs of smoked sausages. They sent out a list for people to volunteer for chips, baked beans, desserts, pasta salad and whatever. A few of us furnished everything related to the burgers. A couple who rarely participates in anything volunteered for chips. They had four grandchildren for the weekend and all would be attending. They brought one variety pack of Pringles . We ate early because it was raining a little and after eating everybody drifted outside play corn hole and other games. The couple with the grandkids loaded up all the leftover burgers , around 20, and all the smoked sausages, a big pan, and carried it home while we were outside playing corn hole. There’s going to be one in every group.
