Just wondering if any of you guys are members of clubs that have member-member or member-guest golf tourneys? How do your clubs handle signups? We’ve had several years now where more teams want to play than we have slots available.

Any good ideas you all have come across?

We give members that have participated in the other, less popular tournaments priority in signing up over those that haven't.
