If you are just looking to make a variety of meatballs, a suggestion is a can of cranberry sauce mixed with a bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce (like ketchup only sweeter). Makes a great tangy meatball. Bake the meatballs about 1/2 done, drain the fat, and toss in the sauce and finish cooking. Super easy.

I serve Swedish meatballs every Christmas Eve. We used to go with an old family Daish recipe, they were good but way too much work amongst everything else that required attention. So for the past 7 or 8 years it has been IKEA meatballs. Easy and good as long as you have lingonberry sauce/jam. Enjoy.

Use meatloaf mix for the meat, and use sliced white bread (but not Wonder bread) instead of bread crumbs.

Every Swedish meatball recipe I've seen has too many obscure ingredients so I've shyed away from making them. Italian meatballs: ground beef, bread crumbs, one egg, garlic, onion, parsley, and grated cheese. Simple.

Yep, Tempo makes a great sloppy joe mix also - definitely recommend their products.

yes I use this and for meatloaf too, listen I know its not from scratch but sometimes you dont have the time to buy and make sure you have all the homemade ingredients so this stuff works pretty good
