100 on every event he makes the cut. Done?
Tiger was picked by Vegas as a favorite based on his play since returning. That game didn't show up at Augusta. The "A" game of many, many other pros didn't, either. That's golf.
Any narrative that he can't win a major is preposterous. Vegas Odds makers just said so. His statistics so far, say so. Nearly every golf commentator and player says so. In the meantime, the tiger haters will just have to deal with the wall to wall coverage of him no matter where he is in a tournament. Must be annoying for them.
Reed is an interesting character, to say the least. The fact he has McIlroy again, head to head, on a stage that's equivalent to Hazeltine in the final day of a Ryder Cup, is just fascinating. Out of all the players today, no one seems to thrive more on that sort of stage and energy than he does. But McIlroy does too. Will these two go out and drop bomb after bomb on each other, again? Ride the emotional energy of the huge crowd, the stage, pull away from the pack completely and produce a brilliant duel? Likely.
