OT....looking for home foundation analysis

Dig down 4 or 5 feet, seal it with some product (latex, membrane, concrete paint), put in a french drain if you can, and I would also heed GretnaShawn's advice. Good luck!

It could also be seeping up from the water table..... Then I would move!
