I think the harlem Globtroters should join the league. If teams have no shot at winning, give them a half court shot at the end of the game. If they make it, the game ends in a tie. Dunks should count as three points unless its particularlly impressive, then it counts as four points. Teams should have ridiculous managers who sometimes distract refs so their players can cheat. Then I might watch a game.

I didn't get this move, except he probably wants to be closer to Hollywood so he can hob knob with movie stars year round. So what did he gain in this move? Instead of losing to the Warriors in the finals he may make it to the conference finals and lose?

We are on a college football board where 124 teams have no shot every year. Somehow that product survives.

But the vast majority of CFB teams and fans have no expectation of winning the championship every year. The goals aren't the same.

The difference is I don’t actually know who will win the championship for certain at the beginning of the year. Alabama wins a lot, sure. Then again we see Ohio St, Clemson, Florida St, Georgia, Oklahoma, etc. that could win any given year. In the NBA, you know within 4-5 teams for certain who will be in the finals. Every single year.

In other words, just like the NBA.
