That was one of the more exciting NBA finals in the last couple decades just considering how the Nova Knicks came back in each game. It is also one of the more compelling sports stories in a while and really gives you more of an appreciation for what Jay Wright accomplished at Villanova. This is a really cool video of the values he instilled in the program that seem to have rubbed off on these 3, especially Brunson. In each of these series, the Knicks are the first players down the floor in transition and played more like a team than their opponents. Brunson also had the benefit of his father’s coaching too obviously.
