The CIA has a long history of trying to use the weather, insects and even a virus they made to impact the economies of our perceived enemies. I do not think they have the technology necessary to change upper level winds to move a hurricane. But if they did you can bet they would be doing it.

You don't think so? They were moving them 70 years ago and bragged about it.

"Biden" made it clear he didn't like Desantis and Florida. Look how many hurricanes got sent into FL during his tenure. I think it was at least 8 or 9.

Total Storms:
• 2022: 14 named, 8 hurricanes, 2 major
• 2023: 20 named, 7 hurricanes, 3 major
• 2024: 18 named, 11 hurricanes, 5 major, one of the costliest on record .

There's also a big financial incentive via FEMA. They receive a million and payout $100,000. This was happening under that crazy regime in a myriad of ways. Criminals ran that adminstration.
