Great change of pace episode. No battle but no useless scenes either. Next week looks ridiculous. Can't wait

Even better than last week's episode IMO. Lots of plot development, and we've finally reached the endgame (Hey, George RR Martin, get off your lazy fat *** and write). You'd be hard-pressed to put together a better group of badasses than Jon Snow, Sandor Clegane, Beric, Thoros, Gendry, Jorah, and Tormund. How many make it back alive? I say three, tops.

I was thinking the same thing. Snow, Gendry (just came back), and The Hound (still has a showdown with The Mountain) should all survive. I think Jorah is for sure a goner.

Dany has to die soon or the show is over..

The dragons are too powerful to be opposed. Remove her and it diminishes them. And she's dealing in absolutes like a Sith. They're setting her up to be whacked.. I just know it.

When will Jorah tell Jon he was cured by Sam?

When does Jaime learn Cersei isn't really pregnant?

Was a little disappointed Dany looked on in awe as Jon touched Drogon only to have her dismount and not even want to talk about it. WTF.

Glimpses of Teflon Tyrion being back as he exchanged dialogue with Jaime. Hope it continues.

Tormund asking if Jon brought the big woman...

Littlefinger is up next for most satisfying GoT death.

Gilly off the top rope.. dang.. I had to back up and listen to that a couple of times. What a great moment. She and Bran need to exchange notes.

Dickon.. we hardly knew ya.. Will Sam care he and his pops got roasted?

Who knew a Gendry/Jon bromance could be so satisfying? Their banter is like Ned and Robert from season 1. Robert: "You got fat...." Ned: Looks down at Robert's stomach.

Davos with the greatest fan service line of all time. "I thought you might still be rowing."

Man that group of 7 headed north of the wall. More dick swagger than Houston Nutt's legal team....

Gonna make my personal list of most likely to least likely to live.

1. Jon Snow (For obvious reasons)
2. The Hound (He has to fight The Mountain)
3. Jorah (I think he has to die heroically more directly for Dany, and I don't think he would have his whole Grayscale side story without a more significant ending)
4. Tormund (Needs to bang Brienne)
5. Gendry (Dies on return trip to kings landing to present the white walker)
6. Beric (Expendable at this point, but really cool)
7. Thoros (Also expendable, still cool, but slightly less so.
8. Benjen Stark (I'd bet anything they meet up with him and he dies saving them)

Man that group of 7 headed north of the wall. More dick swagger than Houston Nutt's legal team....

Can't decide which doomed group of badasses I would most like to compare them to-

1. The Expendables
2. The Dirty Dozen
3. The Suicide Squad
4. The Magnificent 7/7 Samurai

Leaning toward number 4 just for numbers sake.

Dany dies. Jon Wins. He passes the throne to a council and everyone gets a participation trophy. The end.

I agree, I think we lose 4 of the 7.

Thoros, Beric, Tormund, and Jorah go down fighting.

Sandor 100% makes it back, as there were season preview shots where he appears to be in King's Landing. Jon obviously makes it. Makes no sense to bring back Gendry, a character whose bloodline matters, only to kill him the next episode. He hasn't even met back up with Arya yet.

Others to consider are Benjen (if he's going to show back up, it has to be now) and Davos (possibly a heroic death sacrificing himself at Eastwatch so the others can flee).

DO NOT MISS NEXT WEEK. WATCH IT LIVE OR GET SPOILED.

I've read the spoilers for the rest of the season that were leaked and at this point they were 1000% accurate.

This is why the HBO/Conventional model of releasing a season a week at a time is still superior. I just watched Ozark on Netflix. If it came out one episode per week we'd all be talking about it. There's something communal about shows like GoT and Breaking Bad. Dropping a whole season at once destroys that.

Jorah said his goodbyes to Dany...

He gone.

My bet is Jon, Gendry and The Hound make it back.

The Night's King I think will either kill one of Dany's Dragons and bring it back as an Ice Dragon or he'll bring his own. That's my prediction. They aren't killing Dany in season 7. Jon and Dany's romance has to have time to flame up. They are gonna hook up so people who have problems with that are gonna have to get over it. It's Westeros... not Mississippi... even though incest goes on in some parts of this State too 😂😂😂.

Littlefinger is about to get ghosted by Arya. He's gonna try to play the 2 sisters against each other but this time his dumbass is gonna die.

..Rhaegar had his marriage annulled and was secretly remarried at a ceremony in Dorne.

That's a big bomb Scrotie bc it was widely believed that Lyanna Stark, John's mother and Ned's sister, was kidnapped and raped by Rhaegar Targaryen. That belief and the execution of Ned's father and brother by the Mad King kicked off Robert's Rebellion. Rhaegar was married to Elia(?) Martel so Gilly revealed that their marriage was annulled and basically said Rhaegar and Lyanna were married so Jon is not a Bastard. He's a legitimate Tarygaryen and has a claim to the iron throne.

Dany and Jon coming together is Ice and Fire but Jon by himself is Ice and Fire together. It'd be an awesome ascent to go from the bastard of Winterfell with no title or right to anything to being the King of the 7 kingdoms. I doubt it turns out that way bc George RR Martin is gonna screw that up but it'd be cool.

It will come up again soon and he will remember at the appropriate time. It might also be in those papers he took.

Littlefinger is up next for most satisfying GoT death.

I think Littlefinger is vastly underestimating Arya and Sansa.

Sansa is not a fool anymore and Arya is just looking for a reason to off him.

I agree... It will be the most satisfying death until Cercie buys it at the end of next season. My odds are on Jamie finally getting tired of her ****.

They are starting to do the once per week with some of the new shows coming out. I imagine this is to see how it plays out.

Yep. They have been spot on.

Spoilers don't bother me so much, but I bet HBO locks things down hard after this.

I just sat down and watched the episode. This is being too predictable. There's no way that they go up there and catch a WW by themselves and make it out alive. There has to be some twist like Dany swoops in with a dragon or something or Bran uses his three eyed raven abilities. Just seems like suicide the way it is. I guess we will see.

GoT S7E6: In the trailer, it looks like The Hound has a hammer that resembles...

Gendry's.

Maybe Gendry has been killed and The Hound picked up Gendry's hammer.

I accidentally stumbled upon a major spoiler when I was on YouTube looking up something else. Tried to find a stream or where it had been uploaded after that, but the HBO legal team has wiped the Internet as best they can. Don't want to torrent because I don't want computer AIDS and/or FBI attention. Really ****** that HBO won't just make that episode available on demand when it's already aired in Spain, Sweden, and Norway.

Much obliged, sir. You've now reached #3 on my list of all-time favorite Bulldogs behind only my grandfather and Dak Prescott. What an episode... Wow.
