So I’m looking for a recommendation, but I’ve seen pretty much every big or medium budget horror movie ever made. Any good under the radar creepy movies/shows that y’all have recently seen?

Hostel was solid. I don’t always remember a whole lot about a horror movie after the fact, but I saw it when it came out, and I still vividly remember several scenes from that flick 15 years later

I have been watching 1950's and 60's horror movies lately and have enjoyed them.

I have, and I enjoyed them. They had a tendency to get a little goofy at times with the paranormal guys, but the movies always seemed to get back to being serious when it needed to. I like the series

I just saw something the other day about Sinister being ranked as the scariest all time movie, and I may have to go back and rewatch it. I just remember it being ok but not necessarily memorable

Nah definitely not. I liked Sinister alright but no way in hell thats the scariest. Not by a long shot.

It’s more of a black comedy instead of horror but I love Shallow Grave.

The Wicker Man (1973 release— not the remake) is a very good horror movie.

Apostle. The Autopsy of Jane Doe. House of 1000 Corpses. There are some other movies that I just find creepy but not necessarily horror like The Mothman Prophecies and The Exorcism of Emily Rose.

I’ve heard about “a Serbian film” being the most 17ed movie of all time. I won’t watch it, not because it’s supposed to be scary, but not my style.

Log in to TCM. They're having a lot of great horror movies from down through the years. You can watch them on demand.

Have you seen Hereditary?
Easily the scariest movie ever made.

Skeery as hell. Only time I’ve ever felt creeped out and on the edge of my seat every second and I’ve seen just about decent horror movie in the last 20 years

Ed Gein was a monster. I’ve read books by John Douglas, who established the FBI’s profiling unit that talk about him. Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs was based on his story.

The scenes with boobies? Me too.
