Very impressive 1st ever NFL start. No practice reps all week, practiced with scout team. 89% completion, should be 100% of not for a drop and a fournette miscue. Does he get better or was last week a 1 game fluke?

Interesting, he scored 42 on wonderlic, 31 out of 36 on ACT, and was a perfect 4.0 student.

His main concern is arm strength apparently.

And for a while Tanner Lee was ahead of him on the depth chart.... IF not for a really bad last preseason game, Lee may have been the starter. Instead, he gone.

Minshew started the Jags' first preseason game and played the entire first half. Tanner Lee played two series in the 3rd quarter and went 0-for-3 (his only three attempts of the preseason) with a pick six. When was Lee ahead of Minshew on the depth chart, exactly?
