I wish I could find the cartoon from the time that congress passed the 7 day waiting period to purchase a gun. It was of a CEO type behind a large desk with tall buildings through the big windows behind his desk. A guy in a suit and tie is standing in front of him with a gun pointed at the CEO. The text was "I've been waiting 7 days for this moment."
