Most countries make it very difficult. Depends where you are looking. Also, get ready to pay cash.

We have spots in Europe (Romania, Poland and Germany) but it is only because of birthright citizenship.

My guess is South America is way easier but again...cash.

Southeast Asia, not Japan or China, should be kind of easy.
