Really liked this show. Thought it was continually underrated and ignored. While I get why Paul Ruebens was/is problematic I always enjoyed the aesthetic and absolute trippy fluid writing and direction of the show. Compare Pee Wee's Playhouse to the Teletubbies or all the other mindless tripe that was running at the time. The difference between respect for the audiences intelligence as opposed to some mindless throw away consumable generic crap that will be forgotten the minute it's yanked off the schedule.
