i feel like I've seen the same vehicle doing this activity in multiple videos.
Ya know, on America's Got Talent, if someone sucks as a singer they just say get the F outta here, but mostly in a nice way. This guy starts singing and he gets 20,000 volts. All things considered he should have gotten 20,000 amps.
slighthly educated guess: African master electrician had this wire cutters touching both the live wire and the common. Assuming there’s no overcurrent protection devices in their country. African apprentice was in the attic where all apprentices belong, probably running that wire for their new (insert lighting or fan choice) and pooped himself.
