The new normal is the worst by a mile...

“keep that sane energy”

“stop with the cap”

“on some real ****”

“real talk”

also play it by ear bothers me

These are some I hate that I hear young people say...
All the feels
A vibe
In my feelings
Calling a s/o King or Queen

I drew a blank I'll be back later lol

In the gay arena...I’m not fond of “you’re basic!”

But I am fond of “*****, please!” 😊

Boss's boss uses "and, and, and". Rather hear "et cetera" or "yada, yada, yada" or even "so on & so on"

Use of the word "like" several times in one sentence/paragraph.

"Like man, I was so like buzzed."

People, especially athletes, who start a sentence with "me and him" instead of "He and I"
Anyone who says "No Problem" instead of "Your Welcome"

Beat me to it ... just a way of announcing that you're about to take a giant **** on someone.

"Without further ado" - which is just further ado in itself. Just say it.
My band was playing a coffee bar once and the emcee would say this before every act‘s name. I wanted us to change our name to “Further Ado” just to see his head explode.

2 things, both by people I kinda work with.

In the middle, or the end, of every sentence: “Riiiight...”

Written, in emails, instead of ”because”: ‘coz. Yes, with the stupid apostrophe too.

-"Lean in"
-"At the end of the day"
-"Boil the ocean"
-"Synergy"
-"Strategery"... LOL
-"Touch base"
-"Green shoots"... this follows the many posts about "new normal"
-"Black swan event"... see last comment above... similarly annoying schtick about economic armageddon, however upstream from the shoots...
- "I wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers" (ok I actually like this one...)
- "Burp bucket" (guy I worked with who was from Rhode Island and worked previously as a Longshoreman used this as his way describing his Tupperware packed lunch)

Long story short.. bothers me

The other one that grates on me is more a phrase than an expression and is when someone uses "the collection is comprised of x, y, and z" rather than "the collection comprises x, y, and z"
