Wooohoooo I love deflation ! Weird 66 hates lower gas prices. Imagine being part of a cult that wants higher gas prices.
Not to mention the border is completely closed. The ceasefire has begun in the Russia Ukraine war. Fixing 4 years of **** ups in 50 days. But im sure the tards will find something to piss and moan about.👈😞 Am I right @Hawkins63 and @Iroh2 ?

And he’s shrinking government. If he restores purchasing power to the middle class then he will be the GOAT of my lifetime

Read the actual article. This is the problem with social media. People just regurgitate incorrect information. Lowest MARCH gas price in 4 years. End of December/Early January was a few cents lower. Not that it really matters, but this is exactly why I hate social media. It's a few cents a gallon in this case, but sometimes it might be something important.

Yes, it will likely go lower next week.

Doesn't the CR add $1 billion to the existing budget? So this FY25 budget would be $1 billion over FY24. Is that really shrinking? That is before they start handing out farm welfare for this tariff war, which they have already said they intend to do.

It’s at 41.3. Nice try. Let me know when it’s over 45k when that horrible former president was in power.

But at least we no longer have inflation. Oops never mind.
You have one thing correct as in the horrible former president: sorry that deflation is happening and the stock market recognizes that. I know it will pain you to see what is being done is working. To bad it was way over Bidens head to correct the market

Keep doing what you're doing. You'll never win another election again. Keep up the good fight dummy.

Oil? The price of oil is perfect right here. $50 oil will stop some, if not a lot of new drilling and exploration. We are in the sweet spot right now. Gas should hopefully come down a little.

Will also decrease Russia’s and Iran’s ability to create instability in their respective regions. Will it stifle further exploration of potential drilling sites? Probably/potentially, but that’s cause supply is outpacing demand (driving down prices) and the need for additional drilling repositories isn’t there.

I would say that the upside far outweighs the downside…

Positive: You pay less than $2.50 a gallon for gas, and Russia and Iran have less money to proliferate terrorism and instability.

Negative: We slow the growth of the fossil fuel industry because supply has outpaced demand.

Seems like an easy decision to me 🤷‍♂️

This is an economic mess of one person‘s making. It is based on an assumption that our president knows more about how the current world order should be than 60 years of presidents, treasury secretaries, secretaries of state and commerce secretaries. I can only understand what you’re saying and why you’re saying it if you think that our current president was sent by God to fix American social decay.

Exactly. Like I saw one person say. If Trump said Oxygen was important. Democrats would suffocate themselves just in spite of…..Hmmm maybe he should say that
And if Trump said sh-t was edible you’d be putting it in a sandwich and eating it.

Nah my life is not so consumed with any person as much as democrats are with Trump. It is a funny obsession. You keep proving that point

Possibly the first outright self-inflicted recession in American history.

This shows you have no idea how the market works. So clueless. Overspending and high inflation is the cause. Biden admin had no idea how to fix and you gullible people fell for it. So embarrassing for you

That is a simplified view. Look up the break even price for American oil companies. $40 is the point for most. A few are lower, a few higher. Where we are at right now is the sweet spot. We produce a surplus of oil, which theoretically makes us energy independent (we still import because of our refinery blends). This production also gives us a glut of cheap natural gas. We also shouldn't have wild swings in the price of gas with stable oil prices.

We went through this when OPEC crushed the Bakken. It isn't good for our country. It isn't like gas is going to a dollar if we get to $40. It just causes wild swings later, and we are once again at the mercy of OPEC and Russia until our domestic production catches back up.

The Leading Report Twitter account was created in May 2022. A corresponding website was later created in February 2023. The fact-checking website Science Feedback traced the website's ownership to two individuals named Jacob Cabe and Patrick Webb. Cabe is a former baseball athlete, while Webb is a car wash owner who is an admin of the Facebook group "Patriots for Trump" and has a history of promoting misinformation on social media.[1]
