It's time for him to do his semi annual 3 or 4 month in Mexican federal prison. Last time the US pushed hard for extradition. Lets see if Mexico follows through this time.

Reports say he was captured in a raid by the Mexican Navy in Los Mochis. Look call me stupid or prejudice but...the Mexican Navy?! Who knew Mexico had a Freakin Navy! Is "Machete" an Admiral?
Report also said they were taking El Chapo right back to the SAME prison that he just escaped from. He should be out again in time for Valentines.

Breaking News! Mexican Navy reportedly also captured a Yeti Bigfoot during this raid but were quickly outmanned by other Yetis that all quickly and methodically disapeared into the night leaving only a couple drops of blood. Tests for the origin of this blood indicated it came from Ed Orgeron but that was later proven false and latest reports say the blood actually came from Paul Rhoads. El Chapo's head is too symmetrical. Kelly's looks like his mom may have been a crack ho who never picked him up as an infant.
