In fact, I've been to coal mines in Mexico (Monclova-Sabinas), even underground. Lowered down a shaft by a car engine driving a hoist.

Not a burrito anywhere. In fact, the locals made fun of Americans for eating them. One of the best things was fresh fried pork rinds (instead of tortilla chips) with salsa. And beer, of course.
