Not sure why you'd mock anyone on this. Our commander in chief did allow a Chinese spy balloon to fly from the tip of Alaska to the coast of South Carolina before taking it down.
I believe some of the mixups are a new quadcopter drone that can transform into fixed wing. The company testing them is a rock throw away from most of the sightings. They also put drones up looking for drones and people mistake those drones etc.
A theory by my son is they are ours and looking for something. We’ve had terrorists cross the border that don’t like the USA. Maybe we got some intelligence on something and are looking into it. Whatever they are doing, I don’t trust them. They are either failing on purpose or dumber than a bag of hammers. Not sure what is with the lights though.

That’s one I’m saying for some of the sightings mostly because it can go from copter to fixed wing. A couple of their models are similar to some sightings but only some.
If they’re flying outside of a COA in the NAS, they’re going to be not a company much longer. And considering it’s flying over populated areas, I’m going to go out in a limb and say it’s not them.
