Jersey coach making some noise down in Delaware. Maybe he’s ready for a bigger job in a few years and brings some talent north with him?

Quickly reviewing this, it appears he may be a 4* receiver/athlete. Seems like he may be an FCS QB recruit.

Guessing it was the only school that would guarantee he’d play QB…this eval says it all:

“encouraging passing ability”

Delaware had a fun team to watch last year. I may go to a couple of games this year. One of my neighbors gets season tickets- he is right around the 40 yd line and it cost him $220 for a season ticket.

Delaware’s championship coach (and Rowan and Sam Houston St Championship Coach) KC Keeler was never good enough for Rutgers. Delaware DC Manny Rojas was never good enough for Rutgers. I’m sure Delaware HC Ryan Carty will never be good enough for Rutgers as well…

They just recruit and win at another D1 school.

BTW, Delaware must have one hell of a fieldhouse to get a 4 star to sniff at Delaware, let alone commit.

Fun fact: Rutgers coach Dave Brock was Delaware’s head coach not too long ago.

UD is now up in Conference USA which always has some great athletes just making plays. Woody Hayes would have hated Conference USA.

I wonder if Delaware regrets joining CUSA when Its possible that a MAC invite may have shortly inevitably occurred

Yet there are multiple coaches with stops at Delaware on the staff...lol.

Flood was there too. He was thinking about going after Kevin on his OL but when he saw Kev had BCS offers- he knew 1) Delaware wouldn't be considered 2) It would be great for Delaware but a disservice to Kevin. He shared this thought to me on Kevin's last year at RU. He said that he saw a skinny OL that had everything for the NFL but needed serious weight and strength training that Delaware couldn't have provided.
