OT: deer processing in Starkville

Looking for recommendations for deer processing in Starkville. Would like to find a place that does the pepper jack and pineapple smoked sausage. Suggestions?

That’s who I have used the last couple of deer. They do great job, just wanted to try someone that does other things. I don’t think they do the pepper jack and pineapple. Unless they have started and I didn’t notice.

Ask them for special orders. I know they do a pineapple version for pork.
