There was a tragic circumstance in Manhattan two nights ago. A heavy truck was on 5th Avenue and displaced a manhole cover driving over it. A woman got out of her car and walked into the manhole and died from injuries sustained. Imagine a wrongful death lawsuit vs City of NY and Con Ed is fixing to happen.
