You guys using a nose pillow mask, what pressure are you using. I am trying to get mine as low as possible and still treat my apnea. I am 6 and it is still uncomfortable.

Mine was adjust from 6 up to 7 and I am sleeping the best I ever have. Some people are at 20, some are at 25. Try to deal with it if you can. It takes time.

Do you have the Resmed that is all one piece with the reservoir removable? I use the nasal pillows. I cannot stand the things in my nose that my old nasal apparatus had. I love this because the small leakage is not a problem like it is with the masks.

Mine starts out at 6.5 every night and auto adjust as needed. On 12.5 most mornings; on Saturday night it woke me up as it had gone up to 20. Filled stomach with air and had to burp. I had camped out with son on Friday night and got very little sleep. Evidently , I was sleeping hard at that time.

Which machine do you have? And are you using nasal pillows mask

My machine is a Dreamstation I don’t know the name of the mask, but it doesn’t have the nodes that go up into my nose, just a hole that goes under my nose. There is a part that covers my mouth (not a full face mask) because when I have been drinking (most nights) I tend to breathe through my mouth.
