If I’m a top O-lineman, Oregon would be an easy choice over our current situation with Don Raiola at Nebraska. Oregon has put big time dudes in the league recently. Would love to be wrong but I think he goes Ducks.

I agree with that. But I did hear recently that Aaron Graham (former All-American under Milt, six years in the NFL with three teams) spent time around with Raiola and the line this year. Graham's line coaches included Milt, Bill Callahan and others. Graham knows more about line play than anyone on this board.

Graham said that while the line struggled, the problem definitely was not Donovan Raiola.

Don't know but after hearing Rhule be so passionate about the OL, I would think there's a chance if Cornelius heard that same OL passion during his visit to Nebraska. And apparently all the kids say they like Raiola.

Ohio State is losing two tackles to the draft and Oregon‘s current staff wasn’t around for any of the guys they put in the league. Nebraska is the choice, but if I had to pick a second place it would be OSU, easy.

Can’t win them all. Would have been nice for Rhule first year..

We’ll still be okay.. Every Husker knows that the games mostly are win at the line of scrimmage….

Plenty of BIG fish left in portal! If we’re in dire need for line help, I’m sure staff has already had a few in mind… like hopefully that mauler guard from Baylor!

Correct and this is a free piece of insider information but ....Matt Rhule used to be the head coach at Baylor.

I am not sold on the fact there are multi good O linemen just sitting in the portal. There are some there of course, but how many are leaving a school if they have been playing? Not many. I know KU picked up a former tOSU kid, 4 or 5 stars as I recall, didn't play much and was kicked off the team. I think this is one place where there is a huge shortage of immediate help if you are talking starting material. It seems that the grow your own strategy is going to be where its at in the future.
