How are the leaves at the moment? Looking at coming over early Saturday morning and doing Coopers Rock before the game. Still a week or so away from peak?

My guess is that this year in a lot of places the leaves will turn brown and then fall off.

It's not too far along just yet. Still worth stopping there for a visit, beautiful scenery regardless of the season. Best trail that takes you too a great overlook is Raven Rock Trail that's near the Coopers Rock camping area.

By October 10th it will look great. This weekend is too early

With the long hot, summer I think the fall foliage will be running later than usual everywhere this year.

But Coopers Rock is a fun visit and hike, whether it's green or yellow and orange.
