Bailey's is always acceptable, but started on Appilachian Sipping Cream (butter pecan) in my coffee. Better than Baileys. Sweetwater sipping cream is even better, but out of stock at the moment. What's yall's go to for making your morning cup Irish?

For Winter coffee, I add Kahlua French Vanilla and EFE Raki. The Raki has a subtle mint flavor to it - so if you like a little chocolate & mint taste I recommend giving this a try.

It's next to impossible to find in Mississippi Liquor stores. My local package store owner says it's always on backorder for several months, and then when he finally gets some, it's only a couple of bottles.

In Memphis, it's a little more available. I don't really understand why that is.
