Both have the most boring menus on the planet. Both usually right around the corner from somewhere with better chicken and/or burgers, along with a much better menu.
I have to say IMO their shakes, fries and mac and cheese are better than everyone else.

Too spoiled for options on shakes. Over-the-top shakes so thick they come with a spoon and no straw are a local specialty and have numerous nearby local shops and chains that make them in all kinds of flavors. Farm stand up the road makes one with choice of fresh fruit and local hard ice cream, and it has ruined all other shakes for me - luckily they only offer them in the summer.

Will try the mac and cheese, though. Haven't had it before.

Interesting comparison - shocked it's that much more than Arby's RB.

I've found sodium to be the toughest thing to cut. If you pay attention, it's fairly easy to cut fat, saturated fat, calories, carbs, but sodium just lurks in all prepared foods, often in huge amounts.

Only fast food that's really healthy is the kind you prepare yourself ... quickly.

I want to be clear that I'm talking about the Arby's classic (the smallest of the three RB sandwiches). The middle one has about 1,550 mg so it is higher, but comparable to a CFA sandwich. Still, chicken is supposed to be a healthier alternative to red meat.

Another comparison is that a Kentucky Fried Chicken Original Recipe breast has 1,190 mg to the CFA's 1,400 mg. The KFC recipe (which I've figured out) is basically salt and pepper with some herbs and spices (salt, celery salt, garlic salt, black pepper, white pepper, paprika, thyme, basil, oregano, ground mustard, and ground ginger).

I’d like to thank @sherrane for all his contributions over the years but after this admission we will never see him again...

The one in Flemington that opened about 3 years ago has two lanes and they often are filled out onto Rt. 202. Always packed.
And if you do run one you get your Sundays off!
