I too have gotten a few shipped to me. Im always so surprised how good a pizza shipped from several states away can taste so damn good and I am a pizza fan through and through. Hell, Im taking several friends on a "pizza and beer crawl" through Staten island next Friday.

Reinsdorf I had 2x 6 foot Tastee subs shipped Fedx from north Brunswick to Carlsbad California for the Cincinnati game 11 years ago so we could crush them at 9 AM Cali time. The subs were the best ever The game sucked.Best 130 bucks I ever spent.

Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinders Co. has an amazing pizza pot pie. the salad is amazing, and their Mediterranean Bread is phenomenal. Thank me later.

Irazu has awesome Costa Rican food.
The Rail Bar & Grill has big, tasty *** wings.
The Globe Pub is your soccer bar, if you are a soccer guy/gal.
(check out a Fire game if your in town too then.)

Wrigleyville is awesome, i can hardly remember anything that has ever occurred at houndstooth or roadhouse 66.

If you're around for an extended period of time, come to NW Indiana. The craft beer is better (In my opinion). Three Floyds isn't even the best in the area.

Of course there is pizza in NYC (not necessarily all that good to be honest). I was getting hungry for excellent Chicago style deep dish based on this thread sherlock. Tell me where I can find that in midtown and then your comment would not be taken as being dickish.
