Have 3 different smokers my go to is my Weber Smokey Mountain. Hardly ever use my offset stick burner anymore. Too much babysitting

I hear ya-i have had a WSM for 8 years (and love it) but just not getting the smoke ring that I would like on it- I’ve heard the newer offsets u don’t have to baby them as much—
