I love them all, but Ima go with the Eagles, Titans, Falcons, Bills, and Redskins.
Who you got?

BTW...alternates don't count because the Chargers in their powder blues makes it just unfair.

Once the Rams can go back to their original look, and the Bears.

Broncos from the 80s and 90s was the best by far. For current unis, I think the Vikings, Packers, Pats, Steelers, and Falcons have the best.

Excellent topic OP and deserving of some serious discussion.

Lets start with a modern throwback.

These chargers uniforms are flashy yet in an understated way. They are a little loud yet not cartoonish, balanced well with excellent traditional block numbers with subtle yellow highlights. The white helmet with yellow bolts is just a perect contrast, its ageless. These uniforms do a lot while not trying to do too much. Tough to pull off.

Above is an image of one of the great tragedies in uniform history. The Giants donned these perfect uniforms during the 80s and 90s, then sadly decided to go space age before dwindling to the weak, girly design being used now. Classic dark blue contrasted with white, trimmed with subtle white/red stripes with the matching solid red down the helmet and pants. Classic, tried, true, masculine. But what really makes these uniforms (as most uniforms) are the helmets. The navy with the sold red would be enough on its own, but then they go throw those white facemasks and that badass GIANTS on the side in white. As if the mascot was not enough of a hint, they give it to you in solid college rule entirely capitalized, then underline it (!) for emphasis.
These helmets leave no question. These guys are the New York Football GIANTS. In the name of all that is good and sane, bring these back in all their subtle yet powerful glory, no flash needed. I havent been able to watch giants games since.
One more look just because.

RIP.

Sticking with some blue, lets go with the best primary uniforms in the league today. Buffalo went retro with the helmets to the 70s for away games and to the 80s-90s for home. Simply excellent colors, socks, and use of traditional stripes. Nice balance of traditional and modern. The Bills have really brought it with uniforms throughout their franchise history other than a bad run for awhile after the turn of the century.

While the current primary uniforms are much better than the abysmal rags of the drew bledsoe era, these throwback patriots uniforms need to be brought back as the primary set. They are just too good, and literally everyone knows this. Red, white, blue, PATRIOTS. Classic helmet that still stands the test of time. This is more than nostalgia, this is damn near perfect.

Warren Moon in a Houston Oilers uniform is first ballot on the "Player matched perfectly with his team uniform" Hall Of Fame. Would ya just LOOK at 'em? Far superior to anythng Tennessee ever brought, and they had some decent uniforms. Texans? Blah helmet/logo.
(As a bonus, look at this jacket I saw when browsing photos. My goodness. If @c2o wore this he'd need a cane to beat the ladies away so he could walk down the street.)

Their new ones were good as well, but these were just TOO good. Would have been better if they had kept these and someone else was using their new ones.

Dear Falcons,
Your current uniforms suck and have gotten way too busy, especially in the sleeves and shoulders. The Falcons have had some sweet uniforms dating back to the originals. These black ones with the retro red helmet they used to wear were epic...it just felt right. Below are some recent "retro" uniforms that really just need to be their uniforms. They got cauht in the too busy trap....even a few additions can go too far.

Who else thinks these beauts belong in the week to week?

Jets have a solid two bar helmet stripe and unique logo, which is actually a throwback. Just a very different style of helmet logo thats tight.
And perhaps the best "so bad its amost good" uniform is this dandy below from the 90s.

It was kinda fun, but nahh.

Washington Redskins just have a great uniform. Not easy to make yellow like that look good, but they do. One of the few franchises which have been able to not screw it up (for the most part).

Chiefs just have a solid uniform with a classic arrowhead. The arrowhead logo with just white, black, and red is best. (They've tried sprinkling in some yellow before. And ugh...those current pats uniforms compared to above throwback...a travesty.)

Last, I have to give props to the Steelers, Cowboys, and Raiders. Theyve kept it classic, although the cowboys and steelers have made subtle changes that have led to some uglier uniforms. The smallest thing can have a big impact, and some years theyve been too flashy. Raiders chug along with consistency. Perhaps we can take a closer look at others through the years, the buccaneers especially (what they wear now belongs in the xfl or any given sunday.)

To answer OP question in this season only as a primary uniform I think Bills and Chiefs are the best, with many right there, others way down below.

Sharing some that I like, in images too...

Chicago '85.

Rams, just looks so clean...

Ravens, the Pur/Blk helps reinforce the defensive swagger.

I'm no Pats fan... but these look nice.

Redskins

Chiefs red/red; never been a Chiefs fan, but I really dig these.

Broncos, orange jerseys; (Plus: Jano!)

Here's the thing. The best uniforms are obviously the Raiders. But... The AFC's uniforms seem so cartoony compared to the NFC. Maybe because the AFC is mostly on CBS, but the Chiefs and Broncos jersey's are very 90s, and despite hating them, I do like their uniforms.

The Rams jerseys are great, so with the Seahawks (both AFC West and current), along with the Ravens and Patriots. The Colts are pretty good too.

Forgot the colts, they have a solid uniform.
NFL has done well overall, with a few uglies.

Surprised to see so much love for current patriots uniforms in this thread.

Steelers and about anything from 1980. Pats, orange crush Broncos, etc. I’ve always liked the Lions.
