I have, but to no avail. Website says 5-7 days, however I ordered it (seemingly well in time) for an event I have coming up and just want to make sure they've at least received the order.

FYI, I have a battle bell and have had to send it back multiple times due to cracks and it's currently cracked again. They aren't very durable and certainly not for the price they charge.

It's a gift to somebody. If they use it, cool. If it becomes a piece that sits on their mantle....cool.
I figured with the price and popularity, they'd be more durable from what you're saying
