OT: Audio/Video system for church

Full disclosure. I am not very tech savvy.

We are putting in 3 75 inch TVs, 2 on each side of the Choir Loft for Members to look at, and 1 on the back wall for the Choir to see. I know, I know. It is 2020. But we are a small congregation with 50% over 75 and we just got a new young pastor, so we a little late to the party.

My question is, how do we sync the words projected on the 3 screens from the laptop to the sound board? Scared the lyrics will not keep up. We do not have a band so all background music will be via CD when the Pianist and Organist aren’t accompanying.
