Worth it? Looking for a new show to binge being quarantined. So far I've watched Ozark (Great), You (Just watched to see how it ended), Squid Game (different but pretty good), Stranger Things (Favorite) and on Showtime, Dexter (ending sucks), Yellowjackets(can't keep going, it sucks) Tudors (getting worse)
Any other suggestions?

Peacemaker
Yellowstone (although completely off the rails the last two seasons)
1883
Witcher (although I can't keep up with it)
Cobra Kai has some new episodes out
Mandalorian
Book of Boba Fett (I haven't seen yet but looks interesting)
I didn't make it through the first episode of Yellowjackets
Mare of Easttown (excellent)
Sopranos (if you haven't watched)

The Queen’s Gambit on Netflix is really good and I have no interest in chess.
Older shows but among the best from HBO are True Detective Season 1 (don’t bother with the others), Rome, Deadwood, The Wire.
I’ve enjoyed Yellowstone for what it is, but, so far 1883 is better and is very very good.
I’ll echo Mare of Easttown as being good.

If you enjoyed True Detective Season 1, Season 3 is 95% as good. And Season 2 is unfairly maligned due to comparisons with 1.

Archive 81 was interesting. Not sure if I liked it or not, but it kept my attention. It’s definitely weird.

Raised By Wolves is a strange sci-fi end of earth/save humanity series on HBOMax. It's produced by Ridley Scott so if you like his movies you may like it.

No one ever recommends these two awesome HBO mini series
Sharp Objects
The Outsider
Great books that ended up being great television adaptations.

As a sci fi fan I'm excited that the creator of Fargo is working on an

Alien tv series that will enter production this spring that will run on FX. Looks like our beloved aliens will be visiting earth, and Ripley's story won't be revisited or rebooted fortunately. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if the screen play reminded me a little of The Expanse.

If you enjoyed Tudors try The Spanish Princess, White Princess and White Queen. Two thumbs up for The Last Kingdom. Outlanders is another good one

The Outsider is fantastic. I thought Sharp Objects was just okay. I expected a bigger payoff. It was excellent at building an atmosphere of suspense and dread and then doing nothing with it.

There was a planned second season of The Outsider that just got canceled, and I think that sucks.

The Expanse is probably in the top 3 sci-fi series on TV right now, period. The books are even better.

I don't know how they could have done it, unless it was an anthology like True Detective. I can't remember exactly how the show ended, but it was close enough with the book - the story is over. They hint that these things have been around for ages, so I'm sure they could just say that there are other ones out there and go from there, and you could even continue the story and have Holly be the main character chasing them down.

One more that I just started and if you like dark comedy it is funny. It is The Great on Hulu.

If you have access to Paramount+, Mayor of Kingstown is a good watch. Only one season so far but it’s a good one co-created by the guy that created Yellowstone and 1883.

Watching a Nat Geo series Hot Zone. Season 1 is about an Ebola outbreak in the late 80’s. Season 2 is the 2001 anthrax attack. Really liking it.

Many good suggestions here, but The Wire is probably the best show of all time.

Succession
Mare of Easttown
The first few seasons of Homeland
Billions
Mad Men
Deadwood
