Pink Floyd released The Dark Side of the Moon 50 years ago today. This was the second CD I ever bought after I made the switch to CDs. The Wall being the first. I didn't have any Pink Floyd on vinyl. I had this CD before I purchased my first CD player. I was blown away. Definitely in my Top 20 albums. Wikipedia

Saw them live in Soldier Field. Me and some other HS friends took the train into the city from the Burbs of Chicago.

Great show, probably also the most weed I have ever seen/smelled in my life. I still remember a mom pulling out her Mary Jane, lighting up and then passing it to her daughter.

I am younger than you. I switched to CDs in 1986. In 1973, I was in Kindergarten in Omaha.
I don't even know why I remember, but the first CD I purchased was Motely Crue Dr. Feelgood in '89 or '90. Everyone always says I'm a man of refined taste.
