MCNEIL cannot be on the ****ing bench. This is why we can’t stand management. You don’t have your best hitter who has already missed a lot of games sit for any reason with 20 ****ing games left. Even worse, after 3 hits and 2 HRs.

I agree that it’s ridiculous to bench your best hitter in a pennant race with 17 games left.

Mickey Moron is notorious for benching players when they are hot or coming out of slumps...except for Cano and Frazier, who seem to abide by different rules. On the other hand, he uses any excuse not to play JD Davis.

This is why the Mets are in the spot they're in now. Because Mickey B. Van Wagenen has had different rules for Cano, Frazier, Diaz all season long. And it continues with 17 games left and all hands on deck.

Well you can 't play everyone at once. There's no DH. And no 10 man softball lineups.

Re Wilson Ramos: He was with the Phillies for a lot of last year. His offense was OK, especially when he tried to hit the ball to right field (which he seemed to do less than he is doing this year.) His defense was very poor. The Phillies had no interest in him when the season was over -- not even before they got Realmutto, a vastly superior catcher.

LOL. Great work on the Knight Report jinx! Keep bitchin' about Todd Father and Cano. Maybe Mickey made a correct choice today. . . .

Here is the thing...Frazier is hot as flaming all F right now...So he plays. Cano is also playing very well. 17 games left- JL cannot start a game and leave Davis or McNeil on the bench. And why does this flaming idiot bench players when they have a great game?

These armchair managers are tiresome. Play the vets with hot hands. McNeil will be available to pinch hit in a needed position.

The GOP magic for the Mets may finally be working.
They won it all in Nixon's first year.It took until Reagan's 6th.Only Biden,Warren,or Sanders may be able to stop a run from them.

That's what has been working lately. He puts a guy in and they've produced. I don't know how he's known when to play who but i'll take it.
