How is Washington scoring so many damn runs day in and day out? Would not want to go to their place for a potential WC game with Scherzer pitching.

If he is on the 60 day dL, which I believe he is, then he is off the 40-man roster. I think you have to be on 40 man roster 9/1 to play in post season.

Your first sentence is correct but your second is not. As long as you are on either the 40 man roster or the 60 day IL on August 31 at 11:59PM, you can be added to the 25 man postseason roster.

Supposedly McNeil will be playing some 3rd base down there as well, which jives with this

It's Players Weekend. In the past the uniforms were very colorful and futuristic. This year the league chose to go with just solid white and solid black, home team gets choice.

This freakin game is taking as many years off my life as an R U Football game does because I feel the pain coming ‍♂️
