I want to see it.

The Pharmacist on Netflix is a solid story on why it is so hard for chronic pain folks to get help now. I cannot believe some of the stuff in episode 2.

Thankfully, I have a really good doc that has me on a better road with smaller doses and less addictive drugs. Glad I have not had an oxycotin script ever after hearing what users describe.

I binged the Pharmacist and agree with your assessment of season 2. Incredible what people will turn a blind eye to for money. Just started Un Natural Selection and it’s interesting. There’s a guy on it from Mendenhall that aggravates me as he perpetuates a stereotype.

Episode 3 is incredible to me after I had someone get convicted to prison on their first drug offense near the same time period. 18 year old kid goes to prison and that ***** had her own cop helping her out with the DA, FBI and everyone else saying they couldn't convict her and let it drop.

I swear Doctors get a seriously different set of rules from everyone else.

Do your self a favor and go see this movie. I throughly enjoyed it.

I saw 1917 yesterday afternoon.

I thought it was good, not great.

On a scale from 1-10, I'd give it a 6 or maybe a very soft 7.

It's worth going to see at the theater, if you're looking for a decent movie to watch.

However, 1917 is not one of the great war movies. Not even close. (my opinion)

Solid movie. I’d give it a 6/10. Not really a war movie in the traditional sense, but a good look into what an individual’s war can look like rather than the large scale war movies that do so well in the box office.

Not real sure how this thread turned into “drugs are bad. Doctors are worse.”

I would give it an 8. It was really good. Had me craning my neck several times trying to see what the camera was panning towards. Is it the "best war movie ever?" No, Saving Private Ryan still holds that spot imo.

Honestly, I was disappointed given the hype around it. It was made out to be one of the top war movies of all time...... If you take it for just a movie in 2020 then it is solid. However, it isn't even in the top 10 of war movies.

I would like to see The Longest Day remade with modern actors and movie technology.

2nd best war movie of all-time imo behind Saving Private Ryan. Story line isn't what makes 1917 phenomenal it's how they shot it (continuous one shot style camera work) and the detail they put into the gigantic "set". They recreated miles long bunkers complete with everything you'd see at a WW1 trench style battlefield.

The detail and the way it was shot was what I liked too. I liked the story as well. But I could understand if you were expecting saving Private Ryan why you’d be disappointed with 1917.

I really liked it, but left wanting more....disappointed with Midway...

Do your self a favor and go see this movie. I throughly enjoyed it.

I like 1917 a lot....but at the end, i was like, WTF....it can't be over now!......just rented Midway, and that was a colossal 17'in disappointment....the acting was terrible...the lead character was all over the place....was very, very disappointed with it..the only part that was decent was the action in the air...and i consider myself a war movie buff...

They are sometimes successfully prosecuted though. There was a "doctor" here that just in the past week or two pleaded guilty of running a pill mill. Got a 15 year sentence. https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndal/p...5-years-prison-illegal-prescribing-and-health
