For those of you who keep up with social media, the official account for Kentucky Men’s Basketball just followed Oscar Thshiebwe. I know it’s social media but from what I’ve seen in the past it’s always a good sign when Cal or the Men’s Basketball account follows a recruit

EDIT: Also followed Jaden McDaniels, it showed up as a notification on my phone that UK men’s basketball account followed Thshiebwe, McDaniels and Maxey

Oscar is my favorite player in this class, also hard for me to believe that Igehon got an offer, but not Oscar. Unless Cal has already conceded him WV, has moved on to other prospects.. Still not the biggest fan of Wiseman, and think Jeffries whole ordeal was planned out to try and make Cal/UK look like they lost a player to Penny, he is a sleazebag..

Would love to see Oscar and McDaniel at UK although I thought McDaniel had cooled on UK. I know Carey and Wiseman are both top 3 recruits but Oscar McDaniel and Igiehon would be 3 great players to get.

I thought so too but as fluid as things are in the recruiting world, you never know until they commit or sign the LOI

Thought I read where Igiehon's camp thinks UK will offer on the in-home--which isn't usually their style but who knows. Seems UK offers when you take a visit to their campus. Assuming an offer is coming and saying he has one are 2 different stories completely.

Absolutely agree, a way to keep Memphis n Penny in the headlines. Cal is the one everyone is shooting for, I'm not worried. BTWN getting the McDaniels and Oscar tandem vs Carey/wiseman, I'd rather have McD n O. Inside\outside duo...don't get me wrong, Carey and Wiseman is better than the pUKe duo last season, but we saw the pRoblem on D those two had. With who he have coming in, having a spread floor is very important. We need the lanes for Khalil n Maxey.

It's apparently pronounced "Shoob-way"
