1. Get Congress to revoke their non-profit status. Since they are clearly operating as a for-profit institution, they should have to pay taxes like the rest of us.
2. Get the member schools to host their own tournament. When only ACC schools show up for the NCAA tourney and all the other schools hold their own invitational, then maybe they will change their corrupt ways.
Until then, they make the seeding based purely on profit models. Hence, Duke gets a pass to the elite eight every year, UofL keeps morally bankrupt coach and admin, and UNC gets get out of jail card for decades of running a paper mill for their Bball and football athletes.
