For the past decade I've been unable to bet on sports due to work. Just changed jobs and am going to get back into it with CFB around the corner. Nothing crazy, just a few bucks here and there on televised games so I have a rooting interest mostly. Does anyone have recs on sites or apps to use? I'm in Virginia so most every one should be available to use.

Draftkings for all the free juicy emails that get on my nerves but it is a conflict of interest for me. I’m 100% biased to DKNG yet I use the MGM sports betting app. the most. The Caesars app isn’t bad but needs more work. Invest in them all if you trade. That & 3D printing are industries ready to explode & will in the future.

The state is leaving a ton of much tax money on the table by not allowing online sports gambling (for Casinos already based in the state), this should have been done last year. Add that to the legislators not addressing mary jane (even though there is a clear public mandate) and it shows how worthless our elected officials are.
The casinos still control the show in the Legislature, and for some reason they would rather you come into their facilities than you sit at home and bet on a mobile app.
The state is obviously leaving money on the table, but be assured Legislators are not.

The Casino's are also losing major dollars.
Many in the 'Sip are already (illegally) using online sports betting sites, that's money the "in state" Casinos are missing out on. The in state casinos can figure out a way to have an app, plus still have sports bettors coming in, maybe to load money or collect winnings occasionally. The casinos made it for nearly 30 years prior to sports gambling, so there's a way to make this work.
