Can’t wait just the fun of being able to watch games we can win and even the ones we don’t win we put out a competitive and exciting product

Agreed. Especially for those that are worried about our pg situation, as St. John's backcourt is very good defensively
They are going to be a hard team to beat. Still, they are not that strong on the boards. I feel like RU players have the mindset of digging in deep on defense and not letting opponents win the battle against them personally. Players like Peter Kiss, etc. They will take it personally.
Any team that has two potential NBA players is going to be a tough task to face. Still think RU has a shot.

The basketball team should have as many wins as the football team on opening night.

I know, and I expect the team to be up for this game as they seem to have something to prove. That doesnt mean I as a fan need to act like FDU should be a challenge. If it is, than my faith in this teams improvement will have proven to be misguided
Saw that. They are still gonna be a work in progress in two weeks. Jump on them early and it could be a long night for them at the RAC.
That was the same guy who said recruiting needs to improve and didn't understand why young had to sit out a year since he transfered from another conference... so take his warning with a grain of salt.
We should pound them. No excuses.
Strange things often happen in openers. Hopefully we can take care of business over FDU but they have most of their team back and are picked 3rd in their league. I think the game will be much closer than the 38 we won by last year. We have 6 new guys. I hope they are not too hyped. We must take each game one at a time. We cannot be looking toward St. John's yet or else we could get upset by FDU or Drexel. We need to show that we are much better than in the past few seasons.
Seton Hall....Indiana.....Northwestern.....tight with MSU twice....tight with Purdue twice....
The team has to show up and play. We have to cheer passionately, but we get to look ahead and speculate as much as we want.
Illinois....Minnesota...tight with FSU who went Elite Eight.....
I can't wait. I'm looking forward to seeing our kids come together this year.
