Maldonado threw 3 innings and 46 pitches in a 6-run ball game. Corbin may regret that tonight. Hopefully, we can score some runs and piece the pitching together without having to use Sims. Then go into Wednesday with Bednar-Sims available to match up with Rocker-Maldonado.

Good point. But he won't be very effective tonight even if Corbin does pitch him. I definitely feel a lot better about tonight with him pitching last night. Really stupid move by Corbin to my thinking.

You don't seem to remember the Sunday game in April at Vandy when McElvain shut us out for 7 innings in relief, to give them a chance to overcome a 4-0 deficit we jumped out to on them early.

He hasn't pitched yet. A fresh arm that has already dominated us before.
