It's real easy make the decision now start the search/make calls for new coach, officially fire him Oct 1st
All Scott had to do was hire a competent staff and he could have been here 20+ years...sadly he didn't, and embarrassed himself and the program.
Scott Frost could have hired the greatest coaching staff ever assembled and he still wouldn't do ****. Why? because he is a one- hit wonder ****** coach.

Maybe not same legend status, but when Jay Moore has broken down some of the defensive play he is literally lost for words at what they’re even trying to do- like WTF are they teaching these kids—- today was more of the same.

If they care about the program they absolutely should wait til October first. That money goes to getting the best coach available. Firing Frost now will not result in another win this season.
Jay Moore was a great player and cares deeply about the Huskers. It is very telling.
It doesn’t matter to me if they are a former player or not. What has been missing for 20 years are teams that play good solid fundamental football (competent special teams, solid tackling, not a lot boneheaded penalties, etc). We have imploded A LOT over the last 20 years. Why is that? Million Dollar question!
We need to use all the NIL we can get for NIL. The AD is rolling in money, they should be picking up the tab on everything they can do boosters money can all go to NIL.
Well he's right that Frost should resign but those buy out clauses make it next to impossible UNLESS there is a financial negotiated settlement to pave the way before the outright firing happens.
