One explanation I haven't seen yet

AMart 2019 does not look quite like AMart 2018. That much is clear. I've seen the following explanations, all of which are valid to some degree:

1. OL is bad (but worse than last year? Not sure)
2. Receivers are not getting open / not running the right routes (I think this is true to some degree)
3. AMart is not digesting the "full playbook" yet (maybe, not sure how to tell)

What about the hype factor? Adrian looks like he's handling the attention and the expectations well, but when a sophomore QB from a 4-8 team is expected to win the B10 West and make a dark horse run at the Heisman, that can mess with anyone's head. Maybe a loss is just the thing to take the pressure off? Nobody expects those things anymore...
