More on Jack Campbell: One of the bright spots for this unit has been third-year linebacker Jack Campbell. He’s been tremendous at recognizing plays, extending his arms to shed would-be blockers, and finding the ball carrier. He makes it look much easier than it is. His PFF run defense grade of 91.9 leads all linebackers and matches the eye test. Don’t be surprised if he becomes a team captain as early as the 2026 season. He’s developing into a star.
