I thought I remember reading he may have to wait to sign or something like that. Looks like things with Manning have gone good because he is signed and sealed. There’s no sudden flips here and looks good on making it. Frost wouldn’t allow him to sign unless he was good to go...GBR

they didn’t let Desmond Bland sign at all last year. so yes sir, I’m dead on. Once they signed they officially count against the numbers. So Manning has to either look good or already good for them to let him sign. GBR
