Best venue or restaurant in the Memphis/Southaven/Horn Lake area for a wedding rehearsal?

You don't have to rent the whole place out. It's a rehearsal dinner not a reception. You pay $50-$75 a plate for 50 of your closest friends and family, spend $1000 on boos and still don't get to $5k. I have no idea how you get to $20k on a rehearsal unless you are intentionally being a tool.

I personally cooked a brisket at my house, my dog took a **** in the middle of the rehearsal, and we all got hammered, went to a piano bar, and had the times of our lives. $750

Yes though, rent out the restaurant, choose the food you want served. pay for all the valet, bar and cocktails, and a prepared three course meal and desert with over 100 attending and the price starts to make sense. Sadly, not even cheap to do in Memphis.

100 people at a rehearsal dinner? It's not a realistic scenario. The rehearsal is for those who participate in the wedding and a date. This is sixpack not the NYC socialite forum. Take a lap bro. We know you didn't get any stimmy, but no since in rubbing everyone's nose in it.

Any of the Restaurants run by the group that owns Flight would be a good choice. Coastal Fish Company is run by them and it overlooks a huge lake at Shelby Farms Park. They are pricey(not 30k Scarface pricey) but their food never disappoints.

ETA: Get with them pretty quickly if you are interested. They book out pretty far for normal reservations. No telling with rehearsal dinners.

We did Rendezvous as well 7 years ago. About the same price and it was a great time.

We had ours at a place in eastern Germantown, it was awesome back then....it changed hands shortly afterwards. I don't even know if the building is still there now, LOL. All of our Memphis area connections have moved on since then. We have our 30th anniversary coming up next year.

What about Southern Elegance Events. It's on Church road near Elmore and is a wedding venue place. I passed it every day when I was going to my office.

We had our Rehearsal Dinner at Rendezous when I got married this past July.

For Receptions, the Lichterman Nature Center was awesome.

It’s not the norm but it’s not uncommon.
