couple familiar faces, couple new ones. need the cream to rise to the top, regardless of who it is.

Pheldarius Payne intriguing. Listed as Dlineman though small for that. 6'3" 260lbs. So is he listed there for run stuffing at OLB or is he quick for that size and can get to the passer?

Niko Cooper also intrigues me. 6'5" 225lbs. Hopefully is a pass rushing specialist.

Well actually hope Caleb Tannor becomes that guy. As long as any of the guys listed can actually get to the passer I dont care who it is.

Honas can have a pass due to injuries. Since Colin Miller is a 5th year senior with the program and still cant quite "get it", he doesn't get one.

cant argue that. I honestly hoped Riemers or Henrichs would eventually jump Miller this year. But yes Honas definitely deserves a pass.

Well, Damien Jackson is listed at 275 at OLB, so Pheldarius is at least not the biggest OLB we have.

they say Payne lost weight when he got sick. So I think he’s around the 255-265 range. The coaching staff say they love the pass rushing ability he brings to the table.
