Oklahoma game massive recruiting implications?

With the Oklahoma game coming up, I have to wonder how big this game is for recruiting? Seneca Driver is currently committed there. Kellan Hall (got a crystal ball to UK today), was projected there, just a few weeks ago. And it would be another SEC road win. And push us at 6-1, 4-1 in the SEC. And most likely in the top 10. Just a huge opportunity.

Yeah man, Vandy at home the following week with a bye before UT. Could be 7-1 (5-1) heading into Knoxville, you’d think that would put us in the drivers seat for a couple of guys.
Classic trap game with Vandy. Gotta be careful, they've been a scrappy team this year, we could end up being the top 10 team getting upset.

No doubt, hope that South Alabama game woke them up. Also gonna be interesting to see how they come out after a bye week, hopefully not flat as we’ve seen for several years.

Reading all the tea leaves on socials, sure seems like Hall is ours.

I know I posted this before, but will again: im not concerned about getting driver. Given our offense, we will get elite level tes whether its him or not. He will be the one suffering if he doesn't come here.
We may very well be just fine without Seneca. But he is going to be elite. He has a high football IQ as is and will only improve. I watch damn near every Boyle game.

He needs to be a high priority

Yeah, he's really gonna be suffering making hundreds of thousands of dollars as a college kid wherever he goes.

Seems like we say each week is the most important game because it is considering nobody expected us to be in this spot.
honestly I feel a big let down coming and think we lose this game, BUT, if you pull this off and dominate Vandy like you should, you get a bye week before heading to Knoxville at 7-1 and wow.

Every game from here on out is massive. And each one a little more than the last.
I'm not as worried about Driver as I am reinforcement in Halls recruitment. It's obvious OU is going to pay Driver.

Hell UK may want to match if this year keeps up the pace maybe NIL donations increase the funds and Will matches but I'd rather spend it somewhere else than a FR TE. Especially since coach should be able to pick his portal TE, provided the player has a fully functioning brain. What TE recruit wouldn't want to be here??? That's like asking a kid do they want to go to Disney Land.

If he turns out to be Brock Bowers, or that Mayer kid from Notre Dame sure pay it for a transfer. But Drivers reported ask could go to a few spots in the team that will need shored up after the year.... OL will be a big spend again because we have all veterans. Good news with the publicity that the BBW is getting portal OL might be a little easier

We're going to have to replace Rodriguez and Boyer. I love Skinner's athleticism. Just needs to get bigger.

Is it really a guarantee that Willie Rodriguez is gone?

I could see a scenario where he doesn’t here what he wants from NFL scouts, and with the NIL money he could get at UK next season, he could return.

If he did, you’d have him and Skinner. Then, the only major need is to replace Boyer with a big portal TE (which, as stated above) probably shouldn’t be hard for college TEs who are not blind watching this offense.

You're right. Idk why I was thinking Rodriguez a senior.

Every game buddy. It’s not one. Look we beat LSU and have some 4 and 5* guys we are in a great spot with now. Until we lose every game is a step towards history that stoops never achieved. There are guys committed who may get recruited over now. Not to mention where the immediate impact is with transfers. I’d say some Ducks players will be looking for new homes next year. Yeah Oklahoma is big but so were USCjr lsu UT will be massive as will Missouri. And yeah you’re right it’s all opportunity in front of us
